These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of our curated tours, transfers, and related travel services in Bali, Indonesia. By accessing our website or booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once you receive an official confirmation email from Bali Next Trip along with a booking reference. You are responsible for ensuring that all details provided during the booking process (including passenger names, dates, and pickup locations) are accurate.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated. Full payment or a required deposit must be made at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice; however, such changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be requested in writing via email. Please refer to our dedicated Refund Policy for specific cancellation windows and applicable fees. If a tour is canceled by Bali Next Trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather), we will offer a full refund or an alternative date.

5. Itinerary Changes and Weather Conditions

Many of our experiences, particularly boat transfers to islands such as Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan, are subject to weather and sea conditions. We reserve the right to modify routes, alter itineraries, skip stops, or cancel tours due to traffic, local ceremonies, weather, or if safety is compromised. Your safety is our absolute priority.

6. Traveler Responsibilities

By booking with us, you agree to the following:

• Documentation: You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity), necessary visas, and any required health documentation for entry into Indonesia.
• Health and Fitness: Participants must be in good health. Some tours involve physical activities (e.g., trekking down to Diamond Beach or snorkeling). Jeep tours are not suitable for pregnant women or individuals with back injuries.
• Punctuality: Our drivers will wait a maximum of 20 minutes at the hotel lobby. Please ensure you are ready on time for your scheduled pickup.
• Insurance: We provide basic tour insurance, but purchasing comprehensive international travel insurance that covers medical emergencies and trip cancellations is highly recommended prior to your trip.
• Conduct: Travelers are expected to respect local Balinese culture, customs, and laws. We reserve the right to terminate the tour of any guest behaving disruptively or disrespectfully, without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

PT SEMESTA NIRWANA BALI acts as an agent connecting you with local service providers (drivers, boat operators, etc.). While we carefully curate our partners, we are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, delay, or expense resulting from the actions or omissions of third-party operators, or due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, political unrest).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Bali Next Trip website, including text, images, logos, and tour itineraries, is the intellectual property of PT SEMESTA NIRWANA BALI and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without explicit written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bali, Indonesia.
